摘要 TheisentropicbipolarcompressibleNavier-Stokes-Poisson(BNSP)systemisinvestigatedinR3inthepresentpaper.Theoptimaltimedecayrateofglobalstrongsolutionisestablished.WhentheregularinitialdatabelongtotheSobolevspaceHl(R3)∩B˙s1,1(R3)withl≥4ands∈(0,1],itisshownthatthemomentaofthechargedparticlesdecayattheoptimalrate(1+t)14s2inL2-norm,whichisslowerthantherate(1+t)34s2forthecompressibleNavier-Stokes(NS)equations[14].Inparticular,anewphenomenononthechargetransportisobserved.Thetimedecayrateoftotaldensityandmomentumwasboth(1+t)34duetothecancellationeffectfromtheinterplayinteractionofthechargedparticles.
