摘要
AIM:Toanalyzetheapplicationofmicrobubblecontrasttechnologyinthetreatmentofophthalmicdiseases,mainlyanalyzingitsadvantagesandexistingproblems.METHODS:Atotalof30representativeliteraturesabouttheapplicationofultrasoundcontrastagentingenetargetedtherapyathomeandabroadwerecollected,andfocusingonsortingouttheliteraturereportingthetreatmentofophthalmicdiseaseswithmicrobubblecontrasttechnologyinrecentyears,thenrecallingitsadvantagesandproblems,finallymakingreasonableassessmentonexistingproblemsandproposingpossiblesolutionstotheproblems.RESULTS:Duetoitsuniquesafetyandefficacy,thetreatmentofophthalmicdiseaseswithmicrobubblecontrasttechnologyhasincreasinglydrawntheattentionofclinicians,buttworelevantissuesshouldbeconsidered:first,thenatureofcontrastagentandthechoiceofcorrespondingultrasoundparameters;second,relativeincidenceoftissuebleeding,intravascularhemolysis,moderateorsevereallergyaswellasothersideeffects.CONCLUSION:Microbubblemaybecomethecarrieroftargetedtherapy,andasakindofnewnon-invasivedeliverysystem,theultrasoundcontrastagenthasbroadapplicationprospects,butitsapplicationinophthalmicresearchisstillinitsinitialstageandthesafetyofcontrast-enhancedultrasoundstillneedsfurtherstudy.
