摘要 Screeningandearlydiagnosisofgastriccancerplayimportantrolesinreducingthemortalityofgastriccancer.AvastamountofstudydataongastriccancerscreeningandearlydiagnosishasbeenaccumulatedinandoutofChinainthepastdecades.Thepracticeofgastriccancerscreeninghasalsobeenefficientlycarriedoutindifferentcountriesandregions.However,nowidelyacceptedprincipleofpopulationscreeningforgastriccancerhasbeendevelopedyet.Screeningforgastriccancerrequiresextensiveexplorationboththeoreticallyandpractically.Thisarticlefocusesonthemethodandprogramofgastriccancerscreeningbasedonpopulation.Moreover,thecurrentsituationofgastriccancerscreeninganditsevaluationareevaluated.
