A DISLOCATION-MECHANICS-BASED CONSTITUTIVE MODEL FOR DYNAMIC STRAIN AGING

摘要 Dynamicstrainaging(DSA)isanimportantphenomenoninsolutehardenedmetalsandseri-ouslyaffectsthemechanicalpropertiesofmetals.DSAisgenerallyinducedbytheinteractionbetweenthemovingdislocationsandthemobilesoluteatoms.Inthispaper,onlytheinteractionbetweenmovingdisloca-tionsandmobilesoluteatomsinadislocationcorearea(coreatmosphere)willbetakenintoaccount.Toes-rablishtheconstitutivemodelwhichcandescribetheDSAphenomenon,weimprovedtheZerilli-Armstrongdislocation-mechanics-basedthermalviscoplasticconstitutiverelation,andaddedtheeffectoftheinteractionbetweenthemovingdislocationsandcoreatmosphere.BecausetheconstitutiverelationestabhshedisbasedontheZerilh-Armstrongrelation,itcandescribenotonlytheDSAphenomenon,butalsothemechanicalbe-haviorofmetalsoverabroadrangeoftemperatures(77K~1000K)andstrainrate(10-4~104s-1).Themodelpredictionfortantalumfitswellwiththeexperimentaldata.
