摘要
Haemangiopericytoma(HPC)isararevasculartumorwithborderlinemalignancy,considerablehistologicalvariability,andunpredictableclinicalandbiologicalbehavior.HPCcanpresentadiagnosticchallengebecauseofitsindeterminateclinical,radiological,andpathologicalfeatures.HPCgenerallypresentsinadulthoodandisequallyfrequentinbothsexes.HPCcanariseinanysiteinthebodyasaslowlygrowingandpainlessmass.TheprecisecelltypeoriginofHPCisuncertain.OnethirdofHPCsoccurintheheadandneckareas.Exceptionalcasesofhemangioblastomaarisingoutsidetheheadandneckareashavebeenreported,butlittleisknownabouttheirclinicopathologicandimmunohistochemicalfeatures.Thisstudyreportsonacaseofalargesacro-anteriorHPCina65-year-oldmale.
