摘要
ThemicrostructuralchangesofFe83Si4B13amorphousmotheralloyduringtheheatingprocesswereinvestigatedbyLaserScanningConfocalMicroscopy（LSCM）,andthephasetransformationwasdeterminedbytheThermo-Calccalculations.ThedifferencesinthemeltingpointsmeasuredbyDifferentialScanningCalorimetry（DSC）andLSCM,andthoseobtainedbyThermo-Calccalculationswerealsodiscussed.ItisfoundthatthemeltingpointsmeasuredbyDSCandLSCMarerelativelysimilar,whereastheonsetandendofthemeltingtemperaturescalculatedbyThermo-CalcsoftwarearehigherthanthosemeasuredbyDSCandobservedbyLSCM.
