摘要
Thisworkproposesamethodtoconcurrentlycalibratemultipleacousticspeedsindifferentmediumswithaphotoacoustic(PA)andultrasound(US)dual-modalityimagingsystem.First,physicalinfrastructureinformationofthetargetisacquiredthroughaUSimage.Then,werepeatedlybuildPAimagesaroundaspecialtargettoyieldthebestfocusedresultbydynamicallyupdatingtheacousticspeedsinadifferentmediumofthetarget.Withthesecorrectacousticpropagationvelocitiesintheaccordingmediums,wecaneffectivelyoptimizethePAimagequalityastheexperimentsproved,whichmightbenefitfutureresearchinbiomedicalimagingscience.
