摘要 Anon-radioisotopic,quantitativeTRAP-basedtelomeraseactivityassaywasestablishedmainlybyusingSYBRGreen-Istaininginsteadofradioisotope.Comparingwithconventionalradioisotopebasedmethod,itwasbetterinreproducibilityandaccuracy.Usingthismethod,wefoundtelomeraseactivitieswereabsentinnormalhumanlivercells,whiledetectedinalloffourhumanhepatomacelllines(BEL-7404,SMMC-7721,QGY-07903andHCCM)withoutsignificantdifferences.
