On the numerical simulations of vortical cavitating flows around various hydrofoils

摘要 Thispaperreviewsthenumericalmodelsofvariouscavitatingflowsaroundhydrofoils.Numericalmodelsrelatingtocavitationflows,includingmasstransfermodelsandturbulencemodels,aresummarizedatfirst.Thennumericalresultsandanalysisofflowcharacteristicsforthecavitatingflowsaroundtwistedhydrofoils,truncatedhydrofoilandtipleakagearediscussedrespectively.Formeanflowfields,ReynoldsaveragedNavier-Stokes(RANS)simulationassociatedwithakindofnonlinearturbulencemodelisfoundtobeaneconomicandrobustnumericalapproachfordifferentkindsofcavitatingflowsincludingcloudcavitation,tipcavitationandtipleakagecavitation.Topredictthefluctuationsofpressureandvelocity,largeeddysimulation(LES)anddetachededdysimulation(DES)aretwoeffectiveapproaches.Finally,afewopenquestionsareproposedforfutureresearch.
