摘要 Thisstudydefinesandassessestheselectionciiteriaforsuitableparticulatematerialstobeusedinanupflowbubblingfluidizedbed(UBFB)ordenseup-flowpowdercirculationsystemforsolarenergycaptureandstorage.Themaincriteriaidentifiedarebasedonthethermophysicalandthermomechanicalproperties,attritionbehavior,andtheconsiderationsofhealthandenvironmentalhazardsofthecandidatepowders.Finally,acostcomparisonandtentativerankingofthedifferentcandidatepowdersispresentedinadditiontoaweightedscoring.Significantscoringdifferencescanbeobservedbetweenthevariousmaterials.Olivinepossessesthemostfavorablecharacteristicsandappearstobetheparticulatematerialofchoiceforsolid/gassuspensionheattransferfluids.
