Preparation of TiO2 Thin Film and Its Antibacterial Activity-中国期刊网

摘要 TiO2nanometerthinfilmswithphotocatalyticantibacterialactivitywerepreparedbythesol-gelmethodonfusedquartzandsodalimeglassprecoatedwithaSiO2layer.ThethinfilmswerecharacterizedbyX-rayphotoelectronspectroscopy(XPS),scanningelectronmicroscopy(SEM),andX-raydiffraction(XRD).TheresultsshowthatsodiumandcalciumdiffusionintonascentTiO2filmiseffectivelyretardedbytheSiO2layerpre-coatedonthesodalimeglass.Theantibacterialactivityofthefilmswasdetermined.ThecrystallineofTiO2nano-meterthinfilmhasimportanteffectsontheantibacterialactivityofthefilm.
