摘要
Modifiedsensingmembranesbasedonfluorescencequenchingwerepreparedbythesol-gelmeth-od,usingformamideasthedryingcontrolchemicaladditive,tetraethoxysilaneasthemainmaterial,Ru(phen)3Cl2astheindicator.Themembranewiththeoptimumthicknessof20-50μmisuniformandcrack-free,inwhichtheindicatorhasaverysmallleakingrate.Themembraneisimmersedinwaterfor50h,themembranesensingparameterMdecreasesbylessthan5%.Thefiberopticoxygensensorwiththesensingmembranehasadetectionlimitof5×10-6M(ppm),aresponsetimeoflessthan30s,excellentreproducibilityandstability.
