摘要 Objective:Toinvestigatetheeffectofactivation-in-ducedcelldeath(AICD)oncellularimmunefunctioninthecondylomaacuminatum(CA).Methods:Peripheralbloodmononuclearcells(PBMC)wereisolatedfromnormalhealthyindividuals(controlgroup)andpatientswithCA.PBMCwereculturedwithPHA-Pfor48hinvitro.ApoptosisofthePBMCwasdetectedbyflowcytometry.Supernatantcytokines(IL-2andIL-10)wereassayedbyELISA.Results:TherateofPBMCapoptosisinbothCAgroupandcontrolgroupinfreshPBMCwasverylowandsimilarinbothgroups(P>0.05).TherateofPBMCapoptosiswithintheCAgroupwasnoticeablyincreasedcomparedtothatofthecontrol(P<0.001)afterPBMCwereculturedfor48h.ThelevelofIL-2wassignificantlylowerintheCAgroupthaninthecontrolgroup(P<0.001),ThelevelofIL-10wassignificantlyhigherintheCAgroupcomparedtothecontrolgroup(P<0.001).Conclusion:StudyresultsindicatethatAICDmayaffectcellularmediatedimmunefunctionandplayanimportantroleinthepathogenesisofCA.
