摘要
摘要目的研究分析NECL１在抑制神经胶质瘤细胞的侵袭、迁移以及诱导其分化过程中的影响.方法在胶质瘤U２５１细胞系中,经过Transwell以及划痕实验等方法对神经黏附分子在恢复表达后对肿瘤细胞侵袭及迁移的影响进行观察,为证明神经黏附分子NECL１恢复表达后对肿瘤侵袭能力的影响进行细胞外金属蛋白酶活性的检测等.结果在胶质瘤U２５１细胞系中,肿瘤细胞的侵袭及迁移在NECL１恢复表达后会遭到抑制,同时U２５１细胞中恢复表达后,具有向星形胶质细胞分化的趋势等.结论在肿瘤细胞的迁移和侵袭中神经黏附分子NECL１具有不同程度的抑制作用,并可具有对神经胶质瘤U２５１细胞向星形胶质细胞方向分化的诱导作用.关键词神经黏附分子NECL１;抑制;神经胶质瘤细胞AbstractobjectivetostudytheanalysisNECL１insuppressingtheinvasionofgliomacells,theeffectintheprocessofmigrationandinducingthedifferentiaＧtion．MethodsingliomacelllineU２５１,afterTranswellandscratchtestmethodofneuraladhesionmoleculeexpressedinrecoveryafterthetumorcellinvasionandtoobservetheinfluenceofthemigration,toprovethattheneuraladhesionmoleculeNECL１recoveryexpressionoftumorinvasionabilityaftertheinfluenceofexＧtracellularproteaseactivityofmetaldetection．ResultsingliomacelllineU２５１,tumorcellinvasionandmigrationinNECL１expressionafterbeingsuppressed,afＧterUrecover２５１cellsexpressatthesametime,havetoastrocytesdifferentiationtrend,etc．ConclusionsintumorcellmigrationandinvasionofneuraladhesionmolecuKleeyNwEorCdLs１hasdifferentdegreeofinhibition,andcanbeonU２５１gliomacelldifferentiationtowardsastrocytesinducedeffect．neuraladhesionmoleculeNECL１;Inhibition;Gliomacells．中图分类号R４７文献标识码B文章编号１００８－６３１５(２０１５)１２－０２７８－０１
