摘要
【摘要】目的：研究并探讨气管切开患者与护理相关并发症的防护效果。方法：此次研究的对象是选择 2015年 9月 ~2017年 9月我科室收治的 50例行气管切开手术患者，将其临床资料进行回顾性分析，分析气管切开术相关的潜在并发症的观察、给予神经内科护理。结果： 4例患者短期进食返呛，一周后症状消失； 5例皮下气肿， 48消失后消失； 41例患者无手术并发症发生。结论：管切开术后神经内科护理的质量直接关系到到手术的治疗效果和预后效果。为此及时发现问题，及时解决，减少术后并发症，保障患者的健康及生命安全。

Objective: To study and explore the protective effect of tracheotomy patients and nursing related complications. Methods: the object of this study was to select 50 cases of tracheotomy in my department in September ~2017 September 2015. The clinical data of the patients were analyzed retrospectively. The potential complications related to tracheotomy were observed and neurology nursing was given. Results: in 4 patients, the symptoms were disappeared after a short period of food intake, 5 cases of subcutaneous emphysema disappeared after 48 disappeared, and 41 patients had no complications. Conclusion: the quality of nursing in neurology department after tube incision is directly related to the curative effect and prognosis of operation. To solve this problem, we should promptly solve the problem, reduce postoperative complications, and ensure the health and safety of patients.
