摘要
摘要：目的 对直肠癌术后结肠造口患者的护理办法进行总结。方法 抽选我院于 2018年 3月～ 2019年 5月收治的 20例直肠癌术后结肠造口患者作为观察对象，术后结合患者情况给予其必要护理，观察其护理效果。结果 所有患者均被给予了针对性的护理干预，生活质量有了很大改善，仅有 1例并发造口周围感染，且 50%的患者术后 3个月可规律性排便。结论 给予临床直肠癌术后结肠造口患者必要的心理引导、并发症护理与健康教育等护理干预，可大大改善患者的情况，提高治疗效果。

Abstract: Objective To summarize the nursing methods of colostomy patients after rectal cancer operation. Methods from March 2018 to may 2019, 20 patients with colostomy after operation of rectal cancer were selected as the objects of observation. After operation, necessary nursing was given according to the patients' conditions to observe the nursing effect. Results all patients were given targeted nursing intervention, the quality of life has been greatly improved, only one case complicated with infection around the stoma, and 50% of patients can defecate regularly three months after operation. Conclusion the necessary psychological guidance, complication nursing and health education can greatly improve the patients' condition and therapeutic effect.
