摘要
INTRODUCTIONThecommonconstructionmethodoftissueengineeredarticularcartilageistoisolateandculturechondrocytes,transplantthemintothedegradablescaffoldmaterials,thentorepairthedefectofarticularcartilage.Wedesignedthisexperimenttoinvestigatethefeasibilityoftissueengineeredarticularcartilageconstructedbythetechniqueofcentrifugetubeculturewithoutscaffoldmaterials.
