摘要
Thesupremeobstacleforsustainabledevelopmentofnaturalresourcesisthescarcitybottleneck.Sohowtopromotethesustainableutilizingandincreasetheusingefficiencyofnaturalresourcesisworthstudying.Thispa-persuggeststhatweshouldimprovethemodelandmeansofevaluatingmethodandvaluemanagementbasedonthetheoryofnaturalresourcecompensation.ThispaperdiscussestheUserCostMethodbasedonthemicroeconomicaspectwhichcanchangetheevaluatingmethodfornaturalresources.Fromtheperspectiveofvaluemanagementmodel,weshouldusetheUserCostMethodtorealizethelinkageandintegrationofmicroandmacrocompensationfornaturalresources.BasedontheevaluatingandaccountingideaofUserCostMethod,thispaperpresentsatheo-reticalframeworktoharmonizeandlinkmicroandmacrocompensationfornaturalresources.Atpresent,weshouldseekthenewapproachandmethodtomanagenaturalresources,socanwerealizethecapitalizationmanagementfocusingonthevaluemanagementfornaturalresources.
