Unification of the Kirchhoff approximation and the method of moment for optical wave scattering from the lossy dielectric Gaussian random rough surface

摘要 Theopticalwavescatteringfromone-dimensional(1D)lossydielectricGaussianrandomroughsurfaceisstudied.ThetaperedincidentwaveisintroducedintotheclassicalKirchhoffapproximation(KA),andtheshadowingeffectisalsotakenintoaccounttomaketheKAresultshaveahighaccuracy.ThedefinitionofthebistaticscatteringcoefficientofthemodifiedKAandthemethodofmoment(MOM)areunified.ThecharacteristicsoftheopticalwavescatteringfromthelossydielectricGaussianrandomroughsurfaceofdifferentparametersareanalyzedbyimplementingMOM.
