摘要
Theeffectsofthesubstratetemperatureonthedepositionandmicrostructureofthe304stainlesssteel(SS)coldgasdynamicspraying(CGDS)coatingswereinvestigated.Itwasfoundthatthehighersubstratetemperaturecouldincreasethedepositionrateofthe304SSparticles,eventheoxidefilmsexistedattheinterface.Therewasacriticaloxidefilmwithathicknessof3-4μmwhichcouldbedestroyedbytheimpactedparticles.Themicro-hardnessandmicrostructureofthe304SScoatingsunderdifferentsubstratepreheatingtemperatureswerealmostthesame.
