摘要 Vesiclecanbepreparedfromaqueousmixturesofsimplecommerciallyavailable,single-tailedcanonicandanionicsurfactants.Inthiswork,theI3/I1value,Ie/Imvalue,andfluorescencelifetimeofpyreneindifferentsystems(seethepreparationofsamples)weredetermined.Hieessentialaffectingfactorsintheformationofvesiclecanbededucedfromtheobtainedresults.Itshowedthatlargevesiclemustformnaturallybeforesonicationin0.082MoctyltrimethylammoniumbromideandsodiumlauratepH=9.2aqueoussolution.Whileaftersonication,onlysmallvesicleexists,whichcanbeprovedfurtherthroughelectronmicroscope.
