<正>DearSir,IamDr.Zhong-ShanChenfromtheDepartmentofOphthalmology,WuhanGeneralHospitalofGuangzhouMilitaryCommand,HubeiProvince,China.Iwritetopresenttwocaseswithserpiginouschoroiditis(SC)whichisarare,usuallybilateral,chronic,progressiveinflammationofthechoroid,choriocapillarisandretinalpigmentepithelium.InthispaperwepresentedthedifferentoutcomesofSCpatientswithorwithoutsystemicandoculartreatmentsafterlong-termfollow-up.
