摘要 CuSmicrocrystalsweresuccessfullypreparedthroughamildsolvothermalreactioninethyleneglycol(EG)withtheassistanceofcationicsurfactantcetyltrimethylammoniumbromide(CTAB).Aninterestingmorphologyevolutionfromflower-likemicrospherestohollowmicrospheres,andfinallytosmoothnanoflakeswasobservedwhenincreasingtheamountofCTAB.TheproductswerecharacterizedbyX-raydiffraction(XRD),scanningelectronmicroscopy(SEM),transmissionelectronmicroscopy(TEM),andUV—visspectroscopy.ItwasfoundthattheamountofCTABplayedanimportantroleindeterminingthemorphologyoftheCuSmicrocrystals.Electricalmeasurementrevealsthattheas-preparedCuSmicrosphereswereofhighconductivity,whichmightfavortheirdeviceapplications.ItisexpectedthatCuSmicrocrystalswithcontrolledmorphologiesandstructureswillhaveimportantapplicationsinsolarcells.Thissimplebuteffectivemethodcouldalsobeextendedtothecontrolledgrowthofotherinorganicmicrocrystals.
