摘要
Sometimesmaindrivermotors’torqueexceedsthemaximumlimitinBaosteel’s5mheavyplatemill.Experienceshowedthattorqueoverloadedoccurredincasesofsomespecialrollingsequenceandspecialrollingplatedimension.Mostoftheoverloadedoccurredonlyinstantaneousatsometimepointduringtherollingpass,whichespeciallyeasilyhappenedatthebiteandmotoraccelerationtimeafterthebite.Thispaperanalyzestheimpactfactorsformotortorqueoverloadandcarefullystudiesthekeydetailsofthemillrollingspeedcontrol.Thesolutiontoimprovethespeedcontrolwasgivenatthepreconditionofkeepingproductionyield.Theimplementationofthesolutionsignificantlyreducedtheoccurrenceoftorqueoverloadedtimes.
