摘要 Howtocontrolmeltcompositionisthekeyforgettinghighqualityalloymelt.Thepapermadethefollowingefforts:(1)TheactivitycoefficientsinTi-15-3melthavebeencalculated.(2)Takingadvantageoftheactivitycoefficients,theevaporationlossesofcomponentsinTi-15-3meltduringISMprocesshavebeenstudied.Thecalculatedresultsshowthatthereisacriticalvacuumdegree(about1.33Pa)duringmeltingprocess.
