Computer Simulations of Hemodynamic Effects of Different CPR Techniques

摘要 Cardiopulmonaryresuscitationisasimpleandeffectivemedicaltreatmentforpatientswithsuddencardiacarrest.MostresearchesonCPRareanimalexperimentsandhumantrials.Becausetherearemanyconfoundingfactorspresentinexperiments,conflictingconclusionsareoftendrawn.Inthispaper,wefollowedthelineoftheoreticalresearchonCPR.Then,weadaptedpreviousCPRmodels,simulatedriveCPRtechniquesusingtheadaptedmodel,andcomparedtheirhemodynamicsinthesametestsystem.Throughthecomparison,thesimulationresultsagreequitewellwithexperimentaldata.ThesimulationresultsshowthatwhenexternalcounterpulsationisappliedduringCPR,itmayimprovethecardiacoutputandincreasethediastolicaorticpressure.Yet,externalcounterpulsationisnotwidelyusedduringCPR.Wethinkthatthisexperimentdeservesfurtherresearch.Giventhebenefitsofmodelsandsimulations,ouradaptedmodelmaybeausefultoolinCPRresearch.
