<正>Anadvancedsilica-dominatedmatrixtechnologyplatformanditsapplicationwereintroducedinthispaper.Throughnovelproprietaryprocessing,theadvancedsilica-dominatedmatrixwaspreparedfromtheuniquesilicasolandpseudo-boehmite.Thematrixporesizedistributionandaciditycanbetailoredtoprovideoptimalcoke-selectivityandbottoms-crackingabilitymatchedtofeedstockcharacteristics.AnovelFCCcatalyst(RSC-2006)forreducingcokeandslurryyieldswasdevelopedbasedonthesilica-dominatedmatrixtechnologyplatform.TheresultsofcommercialapplicationofthesaidtechnologyindicatedthattheRSC-2006catalystexhibitedexcellentperformanceonbottomscracking,cokeselectivityandhighvalueproductsyields.
