ThearticlestatesChinaisagreatnationinproducingandexportingrefractoriesandrefractoryrawmaterials,which,hasearnedmuchforeignexchangeforourcountry,onlyafewadvancedrefactorymaterial,zirconandchromeoreareneededtobeimported.Thear-ticlepointsouttheproblemsintheexportandimport,andraisessuggestionsondevelopment.AftertheentryofWTO,Chinawillexpanditsco-operationswithothercountriesinscience,technology,economyandtradetoplayamoreimportantroleintheworldmarket.
