摘要 <正>Uponactivation,naiveT-helpercellscandifferentiateintotwomajordistinctsubsets,Thelper1(Th1)andThelper2(Th2),asdefinedbytheireffectorfunctionsandcytokinesecretionpatterns.CytokinemilieuandcostimulatorymoleculeshavebeenshowntoplayanessentialroleindeterminingThelperdifferentiation.However,itisstillunclearhowtheeffectsofsignalsofco-stimulatorymoleculesandcytokinesareexertedduringThelperdifferentiation.Weshowevidencesuggestingthatwhilecytokinesignalsinitiatedifferentiationprogram,theselectiveactionofdeatheffectorsdeterminestheendpointbalanceofdifferenti-
