摘要
Splenosisistheautotransplantationofsplenictissuethatusuallyfollowstraumaticruptureofthespleen.Splenicimplantsmaybeseededwithinorbeyondtheperitonealcavity.1Themostfrequentlocationsofsplenosisinthedescendingorderaretheserosalsurfaceofthesmallintestine,thegreateromentum,parietalperitoneum,surfaceofthelargeintestine,mesentery,undersurfaceofthediaphragmandthethorax.1,2However,intrahepaticsplenosisisveryrare.Werecentlyencounteredapatientinwhomresultsofultrasonography(US)andcomputedtomography(CT)revealedanintrahepaticmassthatconsistedofectopicsplenictissue.Toourknowledge,thisisthefifthreportofectopicsplenictissueintheliverintheEnglish-languageliterature.Wepresenttheimagingfindingsofthesplenicimplantsintheliveranddiscussthediagnosisanditspracticalsignificance.
