Anewfairoff-lineelectroniccashschemeonellipticcurvecryptographywaspresented.Thenewschemeismoreefficientthanthosebyextendingfairoff-lineelectroniccashschemefromfinitefieldintoellipticcurvecryptographyandintroducinganewellipticcurvediscretelogarithmassumption.Theexpirydateanddenominationareembeddedintotheblindlysignedcoinbyintegratingpartiallyblindsignaturewithrestrictiveblindsignature.Abankneednotusedifferentpublickeysfordifferentcoinvalues,shopsandusersneednotcarryalistofbank'spublickeystoverifyintheirelectronicwallet.Atthesametime,thebankjustneedstokeepundueelectroniccoinsfordoublespendingcheckinhisdatabase,thusbank'sdatabasecanbedramaticallyreduced.
