摘要
摘要目的探讨多模态影像融合技术在神经外科中的应用效果.方法选取２０１３年１月至２０１５年７月我院收治的接受手术治疗的神经外科患者８０例,随机分成对照组以及观察组两组,每组患者４０例,观察组在手术治疗过程中采用多模态影像融合技术进行处理,对照组采用常规的手术治疗方法进行治疗,未应用多模态影像融合技术,观察多模态影像融合技术的应用价值.结果经手术治疗后,两组在手术后复发率上的差异非常明显(P＜０．０５),存在统计学意义.结论对神经外科接受手术治疗的患者在常规手术治疗过程中应用多模态影像融合技术可以在一定程度上降低患者疾病的复发率,应用效果突出.关键词多模态影像融合技术;神经外科;应用价值Abstractobjectivetostudythemultimodalimagefusiontechnologyapplicationinneurosurgery．SelectionmethodsbetweenJanuary２０１３andJuly２０１５toundergosurgeryofourhospital８０casesofpatientswithneurosurgicaltreatment,randomlydividedintotwogroups,controlgroupandobservationgroup４０caＧsesofpatientsineachgroup,theobservationgroupusedintheprocessofsurgicaltreatmentformultimodalimagefusiontechnologyforprocessing,theoperativemethodofthecontrolgroupusingconventionaltreatment,withoutapplyingmultimodalimagefusiontechnology,observetheapplicationvalueofthemultimodalimagefusiontechnology．Resultsaftertreatmentwithsurgery,thedifferenceoftwogroupsofrecurrenceaftersurgerywasverysignificantly(P＜０．０５),thereisstatisticalsignificance．ConclusiontheneurosurgeryinconventionalsurgicaltreatmentinpatientsundergoingsurgeryforapplicationintheprocessofmultimoＧdalimKageeyfwuosridosntechnologycantoacertainextent,reducetherecurrencerateofpatientswithdiseaseapplicationeffectisprominent．Multimodalimagefusiontechnology;Neurosurgery;Applicationvalue中图分类号R６５１．１文献标识码B文章编号１００１－５３０２(２０１５)０９－０６３２－０２
