摘要
摘要目的探讨脑内血肿清除术后辅助低温治疗对预后的影响.方法选取２０１３年１月至２０１５年７月我院收治的接受脑内血肿清除术治疗的患者８０例,将其随机分成两组,每组患者４０例,观察组采用脑内血肿清除术辅助低温治疗,对照组采用单纯性的脑内血肿清除术治疗,观察两组患者的预后情况.结果观察组患者的脑水肿发生率与再出血发生率明显低于对照组,且观察组的预后效果好于对照组(P＜０．０５),有统计学意义.结论脑内血肿清除术后辅助低温治疗能够在一定程度上改善患者的预后,降低患者脑水肿以及再出血的并发症发生率,治疗效果明显,值得临床推广.关键词脑内血肿;清除术;低温治疗;预后效果Abstractobjectivetostudythebrainhematomaremovalsurgeryassistedtreatmentatlowtemperatureinfluenceonprognosis．SelectionmethodsbeＧtweenJanuary２０１３andJuly２０１３ofourhospitalforremovalofbrainhematomatreated８０casesofpatients,randomlydividedintotwogroups,eachgroup４０caＧsesofpatients,theobservationgroupUSEStheremovalofbrainhematomasecondarytreatmentatlowtemperature,thecontrolgrouptreatedbysimplebrainheＧmatomaremoval,toobservetheprognosisoftwogroupsofpatients．Resultstheobservationgroupofpatientswithcerebraledemaandsignificantlylowerthanthecontrolgroup,theincidenceofrebleedingincidenceandprognosticeffectofobservationgroupwasbetterthancontrolgroup(P＜０．０５),withstatisticalsigＧnificance．Conclusionbrainhematomaremovalsurgeryassistedcryogenictreatmentcanimprovetheprognosisofpatientswith,toacertainextentreducethepaＧtientsKweityhwcoerrdesbraledemaandbleedingcomplications,treatmenteffectisobvious,worthclinicalpromotion．Brainhematoma;Elimination;Lowtemperaturetreatment;Theprognosiseffect中图分类号R６５１．１文献标识码B文章编号１００８－６３１５(２０１５)１０－０５６９－０２
