摘要 Ionbeamenhanceddeposition(IBED)wasemployedtoincreasethefrettingfatigueresistanceofTi6AI4V.CrNandTiNhardcoatingswereappliedonthebasematerialandshotpeeningwascombinedwiththehardcoatingstostudytheduplexeffectonfrettingfatigueresistance,TheIBEDcoatingsexhibitedagoodbondingstrength.Theydidnotspalloffevenaftershotpeening.However,anoptimumcompositionofCrNshowedbetterfrettingfatigueresistancethanthatofTiNwiththesameprocessingparameters.
