摘要
Thispaperfocusesonthepublicparticipationinenvironmentalplanning.Afterthedecadeforinaccessibleinformationrelatedtothedecisiontaken,actually,theprogramofpublicparticipationisthereferenceofallthedecisionmakingprocess.However,therearesomefactorsthatlimitthisprocess,suchaspoverty,illiteracy,ignoranceandoftenthesocialinequality.Therefore,thisstudyfocusesfirstonthebenefitsofpublicparticipationinenvironmentalplanning,thentheinvolvementofthelocalpopulation,andfinallythedecisionmakingaccessusingacasestudyofMadagascar.
