摘要 Theparallelinterferencecancellationformulti-carrierDS-CDMA(whichistermedFDC-PIC)isproposedbyintegratingfrequencydiversitycombination.ThesimulationsaremadeoverFDC-PICwithrespecttodifferentdecisionways-hard,softandlineardecisions,respectively,andweconcludethatFDC-PICacquiressuperiorperformanceimprovementovercorrelationreceptionofmulti-carrierDSCDMA.Withanincreaseininterferencecancellationstages,thesystemperformanceisimprovedfurther.Theinitial2stagesbringaboutthemostdominantperformanceimprovement,butuptothe3rdstagethesystemperformanceisimprovedlittle.ItisalsoshownbythesimulationresultsthatFDC-PICwithsoftdecisionwouldexhibitthebestperformancewithahighimplementationcomplexity,whileFDC-PICwithlineardecisionacquiresperformancecomparabletothatofFDC-PICwithsoftdecisionwithareduced-complexityifthenumberoftheinterferencecancellationstagesisthesame,whichindicatesthatFDC-PICwithlineardecisionhasoptimalperformance/complexitytradeoffandthereforewillbesuitableforpracticalapplicationinfuture.
