摘要
摘要格列喹酮是第二代磺脲类口服降血糖药.作用机制与其他口服磺脲类降血糖药相同,在治疗早期以促进内源性胰岛素分泌为主,经一段时间治疗后其主要作用在于改善周围组织对胰岛素的敏感性.它是目前磺脲类口服降血糖药中唯一不受肾功能影响的药物,故可用于肾功能受损的糖尿病患者.既往大量研究显示,格列喹酮在治疗糖尿病中具有较好的疗效.笔者通过阅读近年来相关文献,对格列喹酮的药理特征、临床应用等进行了分析,现作如下综述.关键词格列喹酮;药理特点;临床应用PharmacologicalcharacteristicsandclinicalapplicationsofGliquidone．AbstractGliquidoneisthesecondgenerationsulfonylureaoralhypoglycemicagents．Themechanismofactionandotheroralsulfonylureahypoglycemicagentsissame,intheearlystageoftreatmenttopromoteendogenousinsulinsecretionismainlythroughitsmainroleforaperiodoftimeafterthetreatmenttoimprovethesensitivityofpeＧripheraltissuestoinsulin．Itiscurrentlythesulfonylureaoralhypoglycemiconlyrenalfunctionisnotaffectedbythedrugbloodsugarmedicine,soitcanbeusedfordiabetesinpatientswithimpairedrenalfunction．AlargenumberofstudiesshowthatGliquidonehasbettercurativeeffectinthetreatmentofdiabetes．IreadthroughtherelevantliteraＧtureinKreeycewnotrydesars,thepharmacologicalcharacteristicsandclinicalapplicationofGliquidoneisanalyzed,thepresentarereviewed．Gliquidone;pharmacologicalcharacteristics;clinicalapplication中图分类号R４７３文献标识码A文章编号１００８－６３１５(２０１５)１２－０５０７－０１
