摘要 Therisksindevelopmentofnavyvesselswereexplored.Theresourcesoftechnicalriskinthedesignanddevelopmentofvesselswerementioned.Itwaspointedthattechnicalriskdominatedtheotherriskcomponents.Basedonthewriters'understandingandexperiencefromriskanalysisandriskmanagementtothedevelopmentofanavyvessel,fourmeasureindexesoftechnicalriskwerepresented.Thedecisioncriteriaandtherulescorrespondingtotheindexeswereestablishedbythestatisticinformation.
