摘要
[摘要 ] 目的 探讨根管治疗牙髓病及根尖周病的临床疗效。方法 对该院口腔科 124例（ 132颗患牙）牙髓病及根尖周病患者进行根管治疗，分析根管充填的质量，通过对治疗后患者的跟踪回访情况，对临床疗效进行分析。结果 132颗患牙中，恰填 96颗患牙，恰填率为 72.73%，欠填 19颗患牙，欠填率为 14.39%，超填 17颗患牙，超填率为 12.88%。根据跟踪随访情况， 1年后根管治疗的失败例数为 15例，失败率为 11.36%。结论 根管治疗在治疗牙髓病及根尖周病中，显示出了显著的疗效。

[Abstract] Objective To explore the clinical effect of root canal therapy on pulp and periapical diseases. Methods 124 patients (132 teeth) with pulpopathy and periapical disease were treated with root canal therapy, and the quality of root canal filling was analyzed. The clinical effect was analyzed through the follow-up of patients after treatment. Results among the 132 teeth, 96 teeth were filled, the filling rate was 72.73%, 19 teeth were not filled, the filling rate was 14.39%, 17 teeth were overfilled, the overfilled rate was 12.88%. According to the follow-up results, 15 cases failed in root canal therapy after one year, the failure rate was 11.36%. Conclusion root canal therapy has shown significant effect in the treatment of pulp and periapical diseases.
