摘要
【摘要】 实验室作为各级疾病预防控制机构开展传染病预防控制、处置各种突公共卫生事件的重要技术支撑，其检验能力和管理水平高低，直接影响疾病预防控制机构开展公共卫生服务的能力和效率。实验室的高效运转和效能的充分发挥，加强组织与机构建设是前提；仪器设备管理和维护是仪器设备真正发挥效益的关键，制度建设是保证；质量是实验室建设和管理工作的核心，是实验室生存的基础；安全管理是要点，是工作人员生命健康的保障；提高实验室检测能力、科研能力、客户服务水平是目标，要加强实验室绩效管理和评估工作，不断优化实验室专业人才队伍建设。
