摘要
[摘要 ]目的：探讨早期肠内营养支持在胃癌术后护理中的应用价值。方法：选取 2017年 3月— 2017年 3月期间在我院接诊的 57例胃癌手术患者，给予患者早期肠内营养支持，设为观察组。并随机抽取同期在我院接诊的 57例胃癌手术患者，采用传统护理，设为对照组。结果：在接受不同护理情况下，两组胃癌患者术后排气时间、进食时间、肠鸣音恢复时间对比，差异均具有统计学意义（ P均 <0.05）。两组患者术后肠内营养指标对比，差异均较大（ P均 <0.05），结论：通过对胃癌手术患者进行早期肠内营养支持，有利于促进患者肠道功能的恢复，缩短排气时间、进食时间。

Objective: To explore the application value of early enteral nutrition support in postoperative nursing care of gastric cancer patients. Methods: From March 2017 to March 2017, 57 patients with gastric cancer who underwent operation in our hospital were selected and given early enteral nutrition support as observation group. And randomly selected 57 cases of gastric cancer surgery patients in the same period in our hospital, using traditional nursing, set as the control group. Results: Under different nursing conditions, the two groups of gastric cancer patients after the exhaust time, eating time, bowel sounds recovery time comparison, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion: Early enteral nutrition support for patients undergoing gastric cancer surgery can promote the recovery of intestinal function, shorten the exhaust time and food intake time.
