摘要
摘要：目的 对冠心病合并心绞痛患者护理过程中实施优质护理的护理效果进行研究。方法 选取 2018年 5月～ 2019年 5月收治的 100例冠心病合并心绞痛患者作为研究对象，运用随机数字法将其分为观察组（ 51例）和对照组（ 49例），对照组患者实施常规护理，观察组患者实施优质护理。结果 观察组患者的心绞痛发作次数和住院时间明显少于对照组（ P<0.05）；观察组患者的舒适度评分和满意度评分均低于对照组（ P<0.05）。结论 对冠心病合并心绞痛患者实施优质护理，能够有效提高患者生活质量，缩短住院时间，降低并发症率，整体效果较满意。

Abstract: Objective To study the nursing effect of quality nursing in the nursing process of patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris. Methods a total of 100 patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris from May 2018 to may 2019 were selected as the study objects. They were divided into the observation group (51 cases) and the control group (49 cases) by using the random number method. The patients in the control group received routine nursing and the patients in the observation group received quality nursing. Results the times of angina attack and hospitalization time in the observation group were significantly less than those in the control group (P < 0.05); the comfort score and satisfaction score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion the quality of care for patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris can effectively improve the quality of life, shorten the length of stay, reduce the rate of complications, and the overall effect is satisfactory.
