摘要
Thispaperconsidersakindofstronglycoupledcrossdiffusionparabolicsystem,whichcanbeusedasthemulti-dimensionalLyumkisenergytransportmodelinsemiconductorscience.Theglobalexistenceandlargetimebehaviorareobtainedforsmoothsolutiontotheinitialboundaryvalueproblem.Whentheinitialdataareasmallperturbationofanisothermalstationarysolution,thesmoothsolutionoftheproblemundertheinsulatingboundarycondition,convergestothatstationarysolutionexponentiallyfastastimegoestoinfinity.
