摘要 AccordingtothemaintoolsofTRIZ,thetheoryofinventiveproblemsolving,anewflowchartoftheproductconceptualdesignprocesstosolvecontradictioninTRIZisproposed.InordertorealizeautonomousmovingandautomaticweldseamtrackingforweldingrobotinTailedWeldedBlanks,acreativedesignofroboticvisualtrackingsystembasedonCMOShasbeendevelopedbyusingtheflowchart.Thenewsystemisnotonlyusedtoinspecttheworkpieceaheadofaweldingtorchandmeasurethejointorientationandlateraldeviationcausedbycurvatureordiscontinuityinthejointpart,butalsotorecordandmeasuretheimagesizeoftheweldpool.Moreover,thehardwareandsoftwarecomponentsarediscussedinbrief.
