摘要
Thispaperconsiderstheoptimaltrafficsignalsettingforanurbanarterialroad.Byintroducingtheconceptsofsynchronizationrateandnon-synchronizationdegree,amathematicalmodelisconstructedandanoptimizationproblemisposed.Then,anewiterativealgorithmisdevelopedtosolvethisoptimaltrafficcontrolsignalsettingproblem.Convergencepropertiesforthisiterativealgorithmareestablished.Finally,anumericalexampleissolvedtoillustratetheeffectivenessofthemethod.
