Nonlinear consensus protocols for multi-agent systems based on centre manifold reduction

摘要 Nonlinearconsensusprotocolsfordynamicdirectednetworksofmulti-agentsystemswithfixedandswitchingtopologiesareinvestigatedseparatelyinthispaper.Basedonthecentremanifoldreductiontechnique,nonlinearconsensusprotocolsarepresented.Weprovethatagroupofagentscanreachaβ-consensus,thevalueofwhichisthegroupdecisionvaluevaryingfromtheminimumandthemaximumvaluesoftheinitialstatesoftheagents.Moreover,wederivetheconditionstoguaranteethatalltheagentsreachaβ-consensusonadesiredgroupdecisionvalue.Finally,asimulationstudyconcerningtheverticalalignmentmanoeuvereofateamofunmannedairvehiclesisperformed.Simulationresultsshowthatthenonlinearconsensusprotocolsproposedaremoreeffectivethanthelinearprotocolsfortheformationcontroloftheagentsandtheyareanimprovementoverexistingprotocols.
