Analysis of Aging Mechanism of SBS Polymer Modified Asphalt based on Fourier Transform Infrared Spectrum

摘要 TheagingmechanismofSBSmodifiedasphaltduringitsagingprocesswasstudied.Thecharacterizationsofbaseasphalt,SBSpolymeranditsmodifiedasphaltweredeterminedindifferentagingtimebyFouriertransforminfraredspectrum(FTIR).FTIRshowsthatoxidativedehydrogenationreactionoccursinasphalt,andunsaturatedcarbonbondisgeneratedundershort-termthermalagingcondition.Additionally,SBSpolymerwasagedsignificantlyunderthatcondition,thespeedofwhichwasfasterthanthatofbaseasphalt.TheaginglawsofbothasphaltandSBSpolymerduringtheagingprocessofSBSmodifiedasphaltweresimilartotheiraginglawsrespectively.DuetotheprotectiveeffectbetweenasphaltandSBSpolymer,theagingdegreesofasphaltandSBSpolymerwerelowerthanthoseagedindependently.
