Experimental Study of Reversely Switched Dynistor Discharge Based on Gap Breakdown Load

摘要 Breakdowncharacteristicsofagapbreakdownloadwasinvestigatedinthispaper,andareverselyswitcheddynistor(RSD)dischargecircuitwasdesignedbasedontheload.Basedonthecharacteristicsoftheload,theRSDdischargecircuitwasimprovedandoptimized.Thevolumeofthemagneticswitchwasreduced.ToprotectthethyristorandRSD,adiodewasantiparallelyconnectedwiththethyristor,whichreducedthetimerequirementwhenapowervoltagewasappliedtoRSD.Experimentalresultsshowthecircuitdesignedinthispapercanswitchahighvoltageandhighcurrentsmoothly,andallowsthepowervoltagetochangeinawiderrange.
