简介:TheDebyeequationwithslit-smearedsmallanglex-rayscattering(SAXS)dataisextendedformanidealtwo-phasesystemtoapseudotwo-phasesystemwiththepresenceoftheinterfacelayer,andasimpleaccuratesolutionisproposedtodeterminetheaveragethicknessoftheinterfacelayerinporousmaterials.ThismethodistestedbyexperimentalSAXSdata,whichweremeasuredat25℃,oforgano-modifiedmesoporoussilicapreparedbycondensationoftetraethoxysiland(TEOS)andmethyltriethoxysilane(MTES)usingnon-ionicneutralsurfactantastemplateunderneutralcondition.
