简介：云南周边国家的边境地区居住着16个跨境而居的少数民族。长期以来,跨境民族之间基于族缘和亲缘纽带,在婚姻、语言文字、节日、宗教、新闻媒体、政府联谊、演艺等多种领域存在着广泛的文化交流和互动。从1989年云南与老挝的边境贸易恢复以来,在中老友好合作关系的框架下,云南与老挝的经济文化合作快速发展,取得了较大的成绩。本文以云南江城哈尼族彝族自治县的少数民族传统体育对外交流为例进行分析。从跨境少数民族的心理认同、文化认同、民族认同和国家认同等意识入手,广泛采用各种积极的文化、体育活动方式和手段,大力推进边境地区的国际体育文化交往,充分发挥少数民族传统体育在构建和谐边疆中的作用。以跨境少数民族传统体育文化的交流与建设,推动国家国门形象的树立,加深跨境各族人民的国家认同意识,形成我国边境地区非传统安全维护的综合治理体系,促进我国边境地区的和谐、稳定与繁荣发展。
